Digital Product Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method & Timelines

All products available on NOLVY are 100% digital goods. No physical parcels or printed books are dispatched via courier.

Upon successful payment verification by our payment gateway (Razorpay), delivery occurs instantaneously across two simultaneous channels:

• Immediate Browser Access: You are automatically routed to a secure Order Confirmation page featuring authenticated direct download buttons for every acquired resource.
• Automated Email Dispatch: A transactional receipt containing your permanent order identifier and authenticated download access links is dispatched to your provided email address within 60 seconds.

2. Download Link Validity & Re-downloads

We understand that devices change and files can occasionally be misplaced:

• Link Expiration: Direct cryptographic download links generated at checkout remain active for 30 days.
• Re-download Entitlement: You retain permanent entitlement to your purchased edition. You may regenerate fresh download links at any time by entering your purchase email on the My Downloads dashboard.
• Download Allowance: Each license permits up to 5 concurrent device downloads to prevent unauthorized public link sharing. If you exceed this threshold for personal use, contact our desk to reset your counter.

3. Non-Delivery & Troubleshooting

If you have completed payment but have not received your download link within 5 minutes:

1. Inspect your spam, junk, or promotions email folders for an automated message from orders@nolvy.store.
2. Verify that the email address provided during checkout was spelled accurately.
3. Navigate to My Downloads and enter your email address to retrieve your active links.
4. If you continue to experience difficulty, email support@nolvy.store with your payment transaction ID or bank statement reference, and our desk will manually re-issue your files immediately.
